CALL FORWARDING
This is a feature that allows a subscriber to forward their calls to another number for a number of reasons, mainly when busy, unavailable or not answered.

CALL WAITING
If a subscriber is on the line, if another caller tries to call the subscriber, the said subscriber will be able to decide which call to answer and switch between the 2 calls.
